### Types of Round

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="VIP Round" %}
Each IDO model on Huostarter begins with a **VIP Round**, which is the first phase of token allocation. In this round, allocations are exclusively reserved for VIP users based on their whitelist registrations. The distribution of allocations among VIP users is determined by the total number of participants in the whitelisting process. \
\
As more users participate in the whitelist, the individual quota allocated to each VIP user decreases proportionally. This ensures a fair and dynamic allocation system that adjusts based on community participation while maintaining exclusivity for VIP users.
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Tier Round" %}
The **Tier Round** is an exclusive participation phase reserved for **VIP users** and **stakeholders** who have actively staked their tokens in the **Multi-Staking Pool**. This round ensures that only committed participants, who contribute to the ecosystem by staking, are eligible to take part in the token allocation process.

By requiring staking as a prerequisite, the Tier Round incentivizes long-term engagement and rewards users who support the platform's growth and stability. This approach fosters a more sustainable and community-driven allocation mechanism.
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="FCFS Round" %}
The **FCFS (First Come, First Served) Round** is an open participation phase available to all community members, including **VIP users**, **stakeholders**, and **public users**. This round is activated only if the previous rounds, the **VIP Round** and the **Tier Round**, are not fully subscribed.

In this round, token allocations are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring equal opportunity for all participants until the available pool is fully allocated. This mechanism provides flexibility and inclusivity, allowing broader community engagement while maintaining fairness in the allocation process.
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Flash Round" %}
The **Flash Round** is similar to the **FCFS Round** in its open participation format, but it differs in structure and execution. When an IDO includes a **Flash Round**, only two rounds of allocation are available: the **VIP Round** and the **Flash Round**. The **Flash Round** is activated after Huostarter conducts internal voting involving **VIP users** and **executive members**. This voting process determines whether the project requires a **Flash Round** based on its specific needs and community demand.

This approach ensures that the **Flash Round** is strategically implemented, providing flexibility and efficiency for projects while maintaining a fair and streamlined allocation process.
{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

### Refund Policy

All IDO models on Huostarter are integrated with **HuoSafeguard**, a protective mechanism that remains active for 24 hours following the **Token Generation Event (TGE)**. During this 24-hour period after the token or coin has been listed on an exchange, participants are given the option to either **claim their tokens** or **request a refund**.

This feature is designed to mitigate risks associated with uncontrollable behaviors such as **rug-pulls**, **scams**, or **market manipulations** that may be orchestrated by project owners. By providing users with the flexibility to withdraw their investments if they observe suspicious activity, HuoSafeguard ensures greater transparency, trust, and security for the community while promoting accountability among projects launching on the platform.
