This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) outlines Huostarter (“Huostarter”, “we”, or “us”) practises relation to the storage, use, processing, and disclosure of personal data that you have chosen to share with us when you access the Huostarter Platform (as defined in the terms) or use the Services (as defined in the Terms). This Policy, together with our Terms, applies to your use of the Platform.

In Huostarter, we are devoted to safeguarding your private information and respecting your privacy. To understand our policies and how we will handle your personal data, please read this Policy carefully. The Policy outlines the criteria by which we will treat any personal information you give us or that we get from you.

Unless defined in this Policy, capitalised words shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in our Terms and Conditions, available at Terms (“Terms”). Please read this Policy in consonance with our Terms.

You agree to be governed by this Policy and provide permission for your personal data to be collected, stored, used, and disclosed on the Platform. Except when you specifically and voluntarily give us information, we will not collect any personal data from you.

1. THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

a) We may collect, use, store, and transfer different kinds of personal data about you in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

- transaction data including purchases of crypto assets;

- technical data including IP address, time zone setting and locations, operating system, and other technologies on your device used to access the Platform;

b) It is not compulsory to provide any personal data or information to us, however by doing so, you may not be able to benefit from all the Services we offer.

c) Your non-custodial wallet interacts with the App on the Platform, and the smart contract stores your wallet address.

2. HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED?

We will collect and process the following data about you:

a) Information given to us: When you use our Services or communicate with us (for instance, by email or chat), you voluntarily provide us this information about you. It includes information you give when you use the Platform to exchange data, engage in other actions frequently associated with the Services, and report issues with the Services. If you get in touch with us, we'll maintain a record of the details you exchanged.

b) Information collected by us about you and your device: We will automatically gather personal information, including use and technical data, anytime you access our Platform or use one of our Services. Additionally, we could get information such as your IP address and referring website.

c) For whatever purpose, we also gather, utilise, and distribute aggregated data, such as statistics data. Although it could be produced from your personal data, aggregate data isn't protected by the same privacy rules as personal data. To determine the percentage of users who utilise a certain feature of the Services, for instance, we could aggregate your usage data. But if we combine or link aggregated data with your personal information in a way that makes it possible to identify you directly or indirectly, we recognise the combined information as personal information and will use it in line with this Policy.

b) You understand that any information about you, whether or not you directly give it to us, may be gathered, assembled, and shared by us in order to deliver services to you, and you hereby expressly consent to such collection, compilation, and sharing.

c) In general, we will not disclose personal data except in accordance with the following purpose or activity:

I. to deliver Services;

II. to administer the Services including troubleshooting and system testing;

III. to monitor trends so we can improve the Services;

IV. to perform our obligations that arise out of the arrangement we are about to enter or have entered with you;

V. to enforce the terms of the arrangement we have with you or any third party;

VI. to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

4. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

a) The information and personal data you give to us may be transferred to and kept in countries other than your country of residence as part of your usage of the Services and to guarantee better and more efficient delivery of the Services to you. The data protection regulations of these nations shall apply to them. We and our service providers reserve the right to move, store, and access your information in jurisdictions that might not offer the same degree of data protection as your home jurisdiction. We shall take efforts to ensure that the countries in which we process your personal data provide an acceptable degree of protection. b) Your interactions with these third parties, their products, and services, are separate from your interactions with us. You might be able to permit or restrict the information that is gathered according to these third parties. You could choose to limit or permit such data collecting on an individual basis.

c) Each third-party service provider determines where information is processed, so it is important to review their privacy policies to understand what information is exchanged and why. If you choose to get messages from third parties, you will be subject to their privacy policies. We won't be held accountable for the privacy policies and standards followed by third parties.

a) We take reasonable security precautions to safeguard your personal information from unauthorised access, and these precautions are in line with the security practices and processes that are required by the relevant legislation. The above-mentioned precautions do not, however, ensure that personal information is completely protected, and by using the Services, you agree to accept all risks associated with the disclosure of personal information resulting from a breach of firewalls and secure server software.

b) We will comply with the requirements of applicable laws in the event of a data or security risk.
