These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Huostarter platform, including its website, services, and any associated content (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using Huostarter, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.


1. Definitions

  • "Huostarter" refers to the blockchain-based fundraising and token launch platform.

  • "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.

  • "Project" refers to any blockchain-based initiative seeking funding or token launches through the Huostarter platform.

  • "IDO" (Initial DEX Offering) refers to token sales hosted on Huostarter.

  • "Multi-Staking" refers to Huostarter’s staking mechanism allowing users to stake tokens and receive rewards or IDO allocations.


2. Eligibility

By using Huostarter, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to engage in blockchain-based transactions.

  • You have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

  • You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in IDOs, staking, or other crypto-related activities is restricted or illegal.

  • You are not listed on any sanctions list issued by the United Nations (UN), U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), European Union (EU), or other regulatory authorities.

Huostarter reserves the right to refuse access to any user at its sole discretion.


3. Services Provided

Huostarter offers the following services:

3.1 Token Launch & IDO Hosting

  • Huostarter provides a platform for blockchain projects to conduct Initial DEX Offerings (IDOs).

  • Participation in IDOs is subject to project-specific terms, including token allocation, vesting schedules, and eligibility requirements.

3.2 Multi-Staking Program

  • Users may stake project tokens and earn rewards or IDO allocations.

  • Staking terms, including APY%, lock-up periods, and withdrawal conditions, vary per project.

3.3 Project Evaluation & Due Diligence

  • Huostarter conducts preliminary assessments of projects but does not guarantee or endorse their success, security, or regulatory compliance.


4. User Obligations

By using Huostarter, you agree that you will:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

  • Conduct your own due diligence (DYOR) before investing in any IDO or staking your tokens.

  • Not engage in fraudulent, manipulative, or illegal activities, including wash trading, price manipulation, or unauthorized use of the Platform.

  • Use your own funds and not act as an intermediary for money laundering, terrorist financing, or illicit transactions.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in account suspension or legal action.


5. Risks & Disclaimers

By using Huostarter, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

5.1 Market Risks

  • Cryptocurrency prices are volatile and may fluctuate due to market conditions, regulatory developments, or technological changes.

5.2 Project Risks

  • Blockchain startups are high-risk ventures, and project failures, delays, or modifications may impact token value or usability.

5.3 Regulatory Risks

  • Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change unexpectedly. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

5.4 Smart Contract & Security Risks

  • While Huostarter reviews project smart contracts, vulnerabilities, exploits, or hacking incidents may still occur, resulting in financial loss.

Huostarter provides no warranties or guarantees regarding the performance, security, or future success of any project listed on the Platform.


6. Fees & Payments

  • Participation in IDOs or staking may involve platform fees, network fees, or transaction costs, which will be disclosed prior to execution.

  • Huostarter does not control blockchain network fees, which may fluctuate.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Huostarter, its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

  • Huostarter does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information provided by third-party projects.

  • You assume full responsibility for all investment decisions and transactions made through Huostarter.


8. Suspension & Termination

Huostarter reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access to the Platform for users engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or non-compliant activities.

  • Modify or discontinue services without prior notice if required by law or regulatory authorities.


9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Huostarter platform are owned by or licensed to Huostarter.

  • Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Huostarter’s intellectual property without prior written consent.


10. Privacy Policy

  • Huostarter collects and processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

  • By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.


11. Amendments & Updates

Huostarter may update these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use of Huostarter after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
